The Washington State Patrol (WSP) is proud to attend the upcoming Stand With Those Who Serve (SWTWS) Public Safety Career Fair at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) on July 23rd, 2016. All public personnel are invited to attend and learn more about careers at the Washington State Patrol.

Stand With Those Who Serve is an annual event dedicated to honoring law enforcement, fire and corrections personnel from city, state, federal and military organizations. The SWTWS event is inclusive of all sworn and non-sworn personnel who work in public safety and support organizations that work closely with agencies across Washington State.

The 2016 event will mark the sixth year of SWTWS events in the Northwest, and the second year hosted at JBLM.

It’s anticipated that over 40 organizations and agencies from Washington, Oregon and Idaho will attend the SWTWS career fair. Attending agencies will likely include representatives from law enforcement, fire, corrections communications agencies from city, state and federal agencies.

The event will be located at Heritage Hill at JBLM. It begins at 0900 for military personnel and their families, and opens at 1000 to all public personnel. The event will run until 1500 hours on the 23rd of July. There will be vendors, organizations, food and bouncy castles during the event.
