A Washington State Patrol (WSP) promotional ceremony saw four individuals honored for going above and beyond on behalf of the agency.
On Tuesday, May 2, 2017, in front of a packed room of family and friends, WSP Chief John R. Batiste promoted a new Commercial Vehicle Division lieutenant, field sergeant, executive assistant, and communications officer.
